I agreed with this content until the end. Romans 4:17 - is a prime example of how God had Abram (the Father is exalted) to call himself Abraham (the Father of many nations). GOD told Abram and his wife to call themselves by their new names to represent calling things that be not as if it was. This is one of many examples of this principle. It’s not just the “Black church”, it’s the American church. Unfortunately most churches don’t teach the scriptures. They teach a social, mostly works religion. They evangelize inside the church on Sundays 90% of the time. Unbelievers need evangelicalism BUT believers need teaching!!!! Jesus demonstrated this over and over!!Teaching requires serious study which is lacking in many sermons. And so many topics are avoided in preaching today. Overall it’s not about numbers because we are not the one who save anybody. So study, preach and teach the whole Bible and leave the rest to the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Bantu, is this Kemet religion a false religion when you hold it up against the true gospel. I remember years ago I studied with a group of messianic Jews and they kind of warned against this train of thought. I’m no authority on any of this but it seems to be emphasized more than the plan of salvation, the true gospel. Galatians warned of another gospel. Explain this diversion in layman’s terms.

My child is significantly special needs and an eloper. When she outgrew the baby class and she really needed a person to shadow her at all times because of the running away and her intellectual inability to adapt to her surroundings. Besides that, I couldn't run out to the classroom building, sign her out, and run back in to the prayer line in time before they closed it. I tried a few times but we were turned away. I called around. I emailed around. There were NO churches in the local area that could or would accommodate her. I got the same response from each one..."We're not able to accommodate." I couldn't help but think....isn't a population of intellectually disabled people supposed to be the first in line at a church and not the last? I just stopped going. Months later I found a baptist church that had a special needs class so the parents could attend at least one service. But I found myself running myself ragged trying to get myself and my children ready in the morning and speeding to church that was quite a distance from my house....just for one service I could watch at home. Besides that, we couldn't participate in any other activity because my child had to be contained within a barrier of some kind, either four walls or a fence. Eventually I just stopped trying to go altogether. ....But God never left me....and I found out that He was not in the flashing lights or the loud music or the dancing or any of the clanging cymbals. He was in the still small voice. ...and I must say since I stopped tithing, I've had a lot more money to directly help other people with.
